In order to guide the timing belt in the track, an integrated V-guide can be extruded during the manufacturing process. These timing belts can of course also be produced with polyamide fabric coating on the tooth or back side. The following timing belts are available with extruded V-guide.

02 Welded V-Guides
If special guides are required that are not available as extruded V-guides, then an alternative is to use welded V-guides. These thermoplastic guides are welded into prefabricated grooves. This manufacturing process guarantees perfect, high quality.

V-guides are available in smooth or notched versions. Standard colours are white and transparent. Both the timing belts and V-guides must be taken into consideration for the pulley diameter.
